La Vie en France is an enterprise administrative, legal and fiscal assistance, which operates in the following countries: France, Portugal and Brazil. The company has been based in Lyon since 2015, in France. Their objective is to be there to simplify life and bureaucratic procedures for individuals and companies. With an extensive portfolio of services, La Vie en France has already served more than 300 clients in 13 different countries. Brazilians and foreigners from all over the world call on us daily.
With a multidisciplinary team and service in four languages - Portuguese, French, English and Spanish -, La Vie en France is the solution for people and companies wishing to study, work or settle abroad (France and/or Portugal), as well as for the people that needs legal and/or tax assistance in Brazil, carried out by professionals with international experience.
France, like any other country, appreciates it when immigrants respect its values, traditions and administrative procedures. “Liberté, Egalité and Fraternité” is the motto of the French Republic. This essence is present in the pillars of La Vie en France, as well as in every delivery that the company makes to its customers: Freedom – to trust and be able to count on us to facilitate and uncomplicate processes; Equality – full awareness that everyone has the same rights and duties and; Fraternity – the bond that unites individuals in the same society, regardless of where it is.

About the founder
La vie en France
Rafaela Pacheco Cintra Prado, Brazilian, has a degree in Law from UNIP, in São Paulo. She is a lawyer registered with the Brazilian Bar Association since 2006 (nº 268.456 – SP) and, since 2015, in Portugal (nº 54273 L). She is also a solicitor in France and a member of the Rotary Club International.
She has worked at the São Paulo Board of Trade, at several law firms, at the São Paulo Commercial Association and at Tv Channel Rede Record S/A.
In 2008, she became the lawyer in charge and coordinator of the legal department at a law firm specializing in recovering savings from the Collor, Bresser and Verão plans – and, during her stay, she maintained a portfolio of more than 5,000 clients.
Rafaela moved to France in 2009 and lives there to this day. She holds a postgraduate degree in French Private Law from Université Jean Moulin Lyon III; MBA in Business Law from Université Lumière Lyon II and MBA in International Law from Université Jean Moulin Lyon III.
The La Vie en France brand was born in 2012 as a blog for Rafaela to share her passion for France, as well as to help people passing through the country and/or organizing their temporary or permanent stay in France. The success was so great that La Vie en France started to offer, in 2015, administrative, legal and tax consultancy and advisory services in France, Portugal and Brazil. Luciano Prado is co-founder of La Vie en France, alongside Rafaela Pacheco Cintra Prado.

Luciano Prado, Brazilian, has a degree in Hotel and Gastronomy from HOTEC, in São Paulo. He is a co-founder of La Vie en France and is currently responsible for the Commercial, Administrative and Financial area of the brand.
With more than 30 years of experience in the service provision market, including more than 11 years in French territory, Luciano is responsible for the organizational development of La Vie en France as a global brand – hubs: France, Portugal and Brazil.
A great achievement for the company was when Luciano signed an unprecedented partnership in France that enabled new flights for the brand: in 2020, La Vie en France was the first institution accredited by Certisign to issue ICP-Brasil digital certificates in France , making it possible to sign documents with legal validity online.
